Haemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is an uncommon , potentially fatal, syndrome, that may rarely complicate the clinical course of disseminated tuberculosis .1Here we discuss clinico-pathologic and diagnostic parameters of a patient who satisfied the HLH diagnostic criteria 2004,as well as is showing strong probability according to H-Score for HLH
